How do I join?

Open the homepage and choose Join Tech4Hack. Enter your university GR number, course, semester and interests, and explain why you want to join. The club reviews applications. Submission alone does not create an approved membership.

Where is my profile?

After approval, open /member and use the email from your application. Complete verification and request a one-time email link. Open that link in the same browser, then press Sign in to my profile. Your private profile already contains your application details.

The email did not arrive

Check Spam and the spelling of your application email. Only approved members receive member sign-in links. Avoid repeated requests: per-connection and per-email limits apply. If delivery still fails, contact the club so the administrator can check Gmail authorization.

The sign-in link does not work

Links expire after 10 minutes and can be used once. Use the same browser in which you requested the link, including the same normal or private browsing session. If you opened email on another device, copy the link into the requesting browser. Request a fresh link if necessary; use the most recently requested email.

Do I need a Google account?

Student sign-in uses a link sent to your approved email, so it does not require Google sign-in or a new password. Administrator sign-in is separate. The website does not need permission to read student inboxes.

How do I register for an event?

Sign in at /member, complete any missing GR number in My profile, then open Explore events. Choose Register with my profile, check the saved details and confirm the event policy. External registration links are managed by their own services.

My course, semester or GR number changed

Update your name, course and semester in My profile. A GR number can be added once if it was missing on an earlier application. Ask the club administrator to correct an existing GR number. These updates do not change old event-registration snapshots.

Where are my registrations?

Open My registrations in the member space. You can see status and reference numbers and cancel a registration. A full, closed or unpublished event cannot accept a new registration.

How do I delete my information?

Contact the club from your membership email address. Include the relevant record or photo and your request; do not include passwords or sign-in links.
