Event registration policy.

One saved profile. A clear confirmation for each event.

Built-in registration

Built-in registration is available to approved, signed-in members whose profile includes a GR number. The server uses your saved profile details; you do not need to re-enter them for each event. Review the event information and accept this policy and the Terms of Use before confirming.

Capacity and deadlines

Only published, upcoming events configured for member registration accept built-in registrations. The server enforces the event start time, optional registration deadline and optional capacity. Places can fill between opening the page and submitting. A registration reference confirms that the website saved your registration.

Duplicates and cancellations

An account can have one registration record per event. Repeating a successful request does not create another active registration. You can cancel from My registrations. If registration remains open and places are available, you can register again. Cancellation releases an active place.

Changes and attendance

Organizers can change event details or hide an event. Existing registrations remain in your private history unless your membership or related records are removed. Check the latest event details before attending. A website registration is not an attendance certificate.

External registration

Events marked for external registration link to another service. Your saved Tech4Hack profile is not automatically sent to that service. It may require its own information, eligibility checks or terms.

Payments and help

The current Tech4Hack website does not collect event payments. For any external payment or refund question, contact the named organizer before paying. For a registration issue, email tech4hackcgcuniversitymohali@gmail.com with the event title and registration reference. Policy version: 2026-11-01.
